The Quebec’s third Residential Building
The project consists of a 11-storey building and 3 underground level parking in the heart of the Zibi project. A total of 148 residential units, 3 commercial unit on the ground floor and 181 parking spaces. The building is connected to a district thermal energy system which utilizes a neighboring post-industrial energy source to efficiently heat and cool this dynamic new urban environment, epitomizing the community’s commitment to sustainability and its objective to be a Cabon Net Zero development.
