Hamilton – Chevrolet
This project involved renovating the facades of the Wakefield dealership according to General Motors’ new standards. The existing building underwent a complete demolition and reconstruction: exterior walls in the work area were given new cladding; exterior faces were finished with stucco on lightweight concrete panels; a new duct system was installed directly onto the existing surface and canopies; existing stucco and insulation were removed; a vapour-permeable air barrier was installed on all surfaces; and a new surface duct system was installed.
